KashB.in operates as an independent digital sourcing platform and referral facilitator connecting users exclusively with our lending partner, Sabrimala Fintech.

No Direct Lending

KashB.in is not a bank or NBFC, and does not issue loans or extend credit directly.

Lending Partner Discretion

All credit assessments, loan approvals, interest rates, processing fees, loan amounts, and disbursement terms are determined solely by Sabrimala Fintech at its absolute discretion. Submission of an inquiry or pre-screening form on KashB.in does not guarantee loan approval or immediate processing by Sabrimala Fintech.

2. Eligibility & User Representation

By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of India with valid government-issued identification (PAN Card, Aadhaar, etc.).
• All information, financial details, contact numbers, and income records submitted by you are authentic, accurate, and up to date.
• You are entering into these Terms voluntarily and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.

3. Consent to Contact & Data Sharing

By submitting your phone number, email address, or loan inquiry on KashB.in:

Communication Consent

You grant explicit permission to KashB.in and Sabrimala Fintech to contact you via Phone Calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or Email regarding loan screening, status updates, promotional offers, and follow-ups.

National Do Not Call (NDNC) Waiver

This consent overrides any registration under the National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).

Partner Sharing

You authorize us to transmit your submitted information and documents to Sabrimala Fintech for formal credit evaluation, processing, and loan servicing.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using KashB.in, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or financial information.
• Impersonate any individual or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or company.
• Use automated scripts, data scraping, web crawlers, or bots to harvest data from our Site without express written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or network infrastructure.
• Use the Site for any unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited activities under Indian law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

In no event shall KashB.in, its directors, employees, or parent ecosystem entities be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, rejection of loan applications by Sabrimala Fintech, or transmission of data.
